We are looking for employees with IT talent<\/h2>\n

Start a <\/strong>career in<\/strong> IT with our IT company <\/strong> as IT talent with German language<\/strong><\/a> or IT talent with English<\/strong><\/a> and gain valuable experience and skills that you can put to good use.
\nPrevious technical experience is an advantage with us, but not essential for every position.
\nIt will definitely be a plus if you show enthusiasm and interest when you first contact us.
\nThis is also reflected in general theoretical IT knowledge or proficiency in simpler technologies.
\nThe ability to quickly understand the issues<\/strong> is important for training.
\nThe potential for entering the IT world lies in a strong analytical mindset<\/strong>.
\nPrevious experience in the insurance industry<\/strong> is not a prerequisite for most positions with us.
\nHowever, you will certainly be familiar with this area, more or less, as our clients are leading insurance companies such as Axa, Generali and Aegon.
\nAbove all, a willingness and ability to get to grips with the subject matter is important.
\nExperience or at least theoretical knowledge of life or non-life insurance is an advantage in the training process, especially for yourself.<\/p>\n
